My battery had died and I couldn't find an auto repair shop that could replace my battery since AAA had said it was completely dead. AAA also didn't have a battery like mine but was able to jump my battery but the moment I turned my car off I'd need another jump. I had to search online for auto shops that had vented batteries (my 2007 Saturn Ion 2's battery is in the trunk). Sears and Pepboys didn't have them and the GMC dealership was taking a while to get back to me. Still waiting in my car not knowing where to go, I found Schneider's Auto Repair on the internet and called. The lady who answered was very helpful. When I told her my situation she immediately got one of the guys (Frank, I think?) on the phone and filled them in so I didn't have to repeat myself. They said I could drive on over and that they would get me on the road in 45 minutes max. I waited that 45 mins mainly because they didn't have the battery in stock but they were able to get their Moorpark supplier over there in 20 mins. Great, friendly and fast service! They also have coffee in the office which you can help yourself too. They also gave me a insulated bag and a car care book. Yay to freebies! :D
