My ‘15 Passat had a couple of warning lights come on and I felt the car shudder when I accelerated. Brought the car to Schneider’s Automotive and I had the diagnosis and repairs done within the week. Joe stayed in constant communication with me through the process of diagnosing, ordering parts, the cost and completion of work. Fair pricing and great customer service. They also run a deal during Breast Cancer month; free brake pads!! I couldn’t pass up that deal. If I have anymore problems with my cars, Schneider’s is my go-to shop.

Greatest guys ever. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate them. If you ever have an issue with your car. Take it to these guys.

Joe and his crew are keeping my '89 Nissan pickup running despite not even being able to get parts for it anymore. If I need a rental car, they order it for me and I get the lower rate from Enterprise because I'm coming from Schneiders. And Enterprise will come pick you up at Schbeiders. Makes life easier when you're experiencing car problems. The price of repairs seems high but only relative to pre-pandemic prices just like everything else. I don't think they are overcharging me, things are just darn expensive now because the government printed too much money! Everyone here is really helpful and friendly.

I have been here since a friend of mine had recommended them for a service Schneider's did for his car. I have been here for so many things ever since - and I have NEVER once run into a problem! To say, I've been here for brake service, oil change, when my radiator took a dump, spark plugs, and many other things since my 50K miles. Every time I go, I get an estimate beforehand and then the total once they have the work done. Joe & the staff have a great customer service base & know how and when to communicate to customers. Schneider's is willing to bend backwards to get the job fixed and the parts that need to be received. Yeah, I know most of you are going to say "blah blah, prices are high!" - but at least they don't rip you off or give you unreasonable quotes. Car repairs are already costly - and as adults with cars we should already expect that. What I also like about Schneider's is they give you options when it comes to something to get fixed and they CALL you about it - they don't just fix it under your assumptions or add things on without telling you (that's what happened at another place with me last time, causing me to come here). I like to be told what's going on with my car and what needs getting done. It's rude when no one tells you anything and then tacks on the bill for their sake of profit. Overall, they are a great little shop and are willing to help you when you're in a bind. They are resourceful and the staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. I just hope they keep this aura and don't go out of business or sell out to some other company.

First time customer... Easy to make the appointment for my 2014 Ford Expedition. Drop-off was effortless. Good communication with what was needed, and the prices were fair. Pick-up was easy, and I was on my way. I will be bringing my vehicle back again for ongoing service. I will also be bringing in my 2003 Ford Expedition for its first service at this shop. Yes, I have old school vehicles (10-plus years old and no car payments) and this shop seems well equipped to handle my needs. At the end of the day, I had a good experience, I trust them, and I am coming back.
