I've been to Schneider's a couple times now, and it's now the place I will go when I need work on my car. Above all, I know their team will give me an accurate assessment of what needs to be done - and the pricing is quoted fairly and to the book. It may 'appear' higher than some other shops, but that's because they are providing more service to affected systems. Quality work has an upfront price, but it won't leave you with soon-to-fail components.My experience with Frank has been excellent - and I've questioned their assessments to see that they had solid reasoning, and they were able to back up their assessment. Frank wasn't perturbed about questions, and was more than willing to discuss my concerns and provide rationale. I wouldn't say I'm a tough customer, but I have no issues with mentally prodding to see if any cracks show up - and there weren't any here.

Just had oil changed, thermostat and serpentine belt (fan belt) replaced in my SUV (plus a few other little things), and am very satisfied. The oil change was a bit more expensive than I've paid elsewhere in the past, but I have never received such excellent customer service. It is so apparent that they want to make you happy, and a life-long customer. They provide a shuttle service, which really made things easier for us. Their service was prompt, courteous and professional. Everything was in writing before and after the service was completed, and described in neat detail. I felt well cared for, and valued as a customer. That is something that is rare to find these days! I dealt with Mitch (owner) and Frank (manager), and they were great.
