So after calling the VW dealer and getting no help and an attitude I called Schneiders because of their rating on Yelp. I have to say the reviews don't lie. Frank was more than helpful getting me in the same day and having a rental car come get me. Even the rental car place picked me up and gave me a special rate because I was his customer. Expecting a huge bill, frank called me by 4 the next day assuring me my car was fine and that all I needed was some coolant and a tad more oil. I would recommend anyone looking for a honest reliable mechanic to use Schneiders. Not only will I be back but I'm recommending them to my whole family. Thanks!!!

The only people. I have every confidence that the work suggested by your shop will be the minimum amount of work my vehicle needs in order to run at it's best. Any extra will be suggested as exactly that-"extra". Then when I get my car/truck back, I will not need to worry that there might be some service the vehicle needed that you neglected.

We have had an oil leak for many years nobody could figure out where it was coming from, we spent many dollar's on this problem. We had been going to a particular repair place in Simi for years, something happened to where we thought maybe they are fudging a little bit. Schnieders was recommended by someone. We went there for a different issue and we thought maybe have them see about the oil leak. Well they fixed the other problem AND the oil leak after all these years. Great customer service and follow-up!
