I am a new customer to the shop this week as I needed a check on my heater and why no heat. I mentioned the power steering whining also. I had the tech take me up to First St restaurant up the st for afternoon while waiting. I got call from Frank asking how I drive car for 8 months with power steering so bad. I had no fluid in unit, ran straight through! also Rack & Pinion shot plus found out lower radiator hose was cracked and leaking. Pep Boys didn't mention any of this a month ago when I went in for shocks & struts on front end. I scheduled work for the following week. His wonderful tech David brought me home to Thousand Oaks from SImi so i could be home instead of sitting in a restaurant all day :) I have a great driving car now, in at 8:30 done by 5:15 BRAVO to German the mechanic who did the work! I will recommend Schneider's to anyone who needs competent automotive work done. Thanks to Mitch & Frank :) I feel like a lady who didn't get ripped off.

Outstanding. Easy to talk to about any issues with my car. Location diagrams of parts to be replaced/fixed. Shuttle service to your home or where ever. Follow up with me on other future maintenance.
