Great customer service. Had a bit of work to do on my car. Needed to get my CarMax warranty into the mix, and they were able to handle it flawlessly.Unfortunately, my new clutch master cylinder wasn't adjusted properly on the first try, so I had to take it back in to get it adjusted. However, the owner (Frank) totally owned the problem. He paid for the towing to get it there, the Uber for me to follow the tow truck, and was even ready to pay for the rental if I needed one!A little hiccup on the process, but it was handled great. I will definitely come back in the future.

I have been taking my vehicles to Schneiders for 20+ years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The service is of highest quality and greatest integrity. I feel very cared for here, which is hard to find!!!

I had bought a car for my daughter and was having radiator issues, I had never been to a locally owned auto shop as I had always taken my cars to dealerships which I knew were a bit over priced. I decided to read the reviews of local shops on Yelp. Schneider's had very good reviews so I decided to call them and talk to them about my issues and concerns. The whole team was so good to me! They listened and advised me of what they thought the issue could be, thoroughly inspected the whole car and provided me with a written proposal of the diagnosis to be agreed upon before any work was done on the cat. The price was SO reasonable. Frank and the whole team were excellent! All my cars are going to be serviced there now!Thank you to their shop for their quality and friendly service!Jill Wosnak

Outstanding and friendly service.

Schneider's is the only shop I let touch my vehicles. Mitch and Frank are always super helpful and do a great job of explaining what services need to be done and why. I've never been disappointed with the service I receive.

Absolute gem of a car service shop. Extremely professional, friendly and focused on saving the customer money by testing properly, doing things the right way. This is rare in this day and age and I also do not publish feedback very often but this was worth the time to do it.

Great mechanic and have been going to him for forever

I had a problem with my trailer hitch and pulled in there at closing time. The two mechanics on duty stayed and fixed my problem for me at no cost. Great guys.

I have a new mechanic! After going to another mechanic for 5 years who I thought was a little overpriced but honest I decided to go to Schneiders, which was recommended by a friend as being honest and affordable, for a costly repair the other place had told me I needed. Schneiders found that not only was there nothing wrong with what the other place had found but they could find nothing wrong with the car at all! It was disheartening to think I had been taken advantage of by people I trusted. Despite spending a lot of time trying to diagnose a problem that didn't exist they didn't charge me anything. I feel comfortable saying I have a new mechanic, and they are all very friendly as well.
