My F-150 developed a roaring front end noise. In desperation from afar I rang Frank who said simply "bring it in" for inspection that was on a no-charge basis. In this day and age that is unheard of. The problem was finally identified by Justin (don't let him go) who also serviced the unrelated transmission. Frank, Joe and Justin were so helpful and I shall not forget their courtesy extended to me over the 2-day repair period. Such an amazing group of people in an industry unknown for it's empathy. Brilliant.

Schneider's is top notch. It is rare to find such excellent customer service delivered with consistently high standards. They are authentically engaged and authentically care about their customers. Trust is something that cannot be given, and must be earned. Particularly in the automotive industry this does not come easy. Schneider's is the real deal. Every single person we have dealt with from the top down, is first class. The longevity of their employees speaks for itself. It is always great to see the same familiar faces as opposed to the unnerving constant turnover. We found a gem!

I recently moved out here to Simi and was loathe to leave behind my go-to mechanic. My Jeep sees some pretty hard miles out on remote trails so I need to be confident that it's going to get me home. The work Schneider's does instills that kind of confidence. The team there is thorough and professional. The only things that exceed their level of work ethic, is their honesty and friendliness. And in my opinion, those values can be the most important part of a go-to, long term shop.

The staff from top to bottom always do such an amazing job at Schneider's! They aren't like other mechanics who are just after your money. They operate with honesty and integrity and I greatly appreciate that in this industry.
