I called Schneider's recently about a problem with a car that I own. Joe was incredibly helpful and didn't talk "down" to me or patronize me as many shops do to women (I am the car nut in the family). I decided to trust them with a pre-purchase inspection of a used car for my teenaged son. I also met Frank, who was just as personable and considerate as Joe. Schneider's service, information and sharing of knowledge is absolutely outstanding. They use state of the art software to literally show me exactly what I would be getting. The small fee they charge was invaluable for my ultimate piece of mind. I would take them another pre-purchase to inspect as well as trust them with all of my vehicles, new or used. They have earned all of my automotive business going forward.
