This is the first time I have taken my Infiniti here. Joe was very friendly and explained everything that would happen with my car. I really like how they send pictures of the inspection. I was very happy with the service and the price. Will be bringing my car here from now on.

I was told about Schneider's Automotive by a neighbor use to live in Simi Valley and use them for years. I own 3 Mercedes and they were all out of warranty and I didn't want to pay the dealers price for routine maintenance. When I called to schedule a service the gentlemen I spoke with said that they service MBZ, BMW and all other European cars. The service was done as listed in the service manual . The follow up was amazing. These people are professional and I will continue to use them for my cars.

Had a very bad experience. The mechanic was rude and the owner had a nasty attitiude. Any time I asked a question. It's was like it was beaneath him to answer just get the receptionist to answer. I asked how can I prevent for the same problem I came in for. They could not care less didn't want to answer. I will never come back. Don't recremend
