I inherited a 2002 Silverado 2500 diesel and the "service engine soon" light was on. I took it in to Schneider's and met Joe who wrote up my information and requests/concerns. Later in the day, I had a message on my cell phone with numerous photos of the problem areas that were identified in the diagnostics and a very through visual inspection. I don't even know how Justin, the mechanic, got some of those shots, but they all showed parts that were in need of attention. When my truck was ready Bob drove out and picked me up. Everyone I had contact with was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I'll be back.
