My husband Ken has over 30 years in the automotive repair industry and knows that the customer should always be treated with kindness and consideration - and along with that he has taught us all that being able to listen to our customer's concerns or questions and being able to provide complete, detailed information is the most important thing we can offer. Hello Mr. Webb: When I received your call last Thursday about your pickup not starting, all I could think of was oh no, because our shop is closed while we resurface the parking lot! I put you on hold, explained to Ken your situation and without missing a beat, he said have him get it here and we will get this figured out! You got your truck to us.
