I want to give this crew very high marks for superior, excellent service in all respects. I started using the services of "Gabby", the founder /owner of Star Autohaus, Inc. in Tarzana in the early 1990s. Then when Gabby sold the business to Ken Fay in the mid 90s I continued with him and Star Autohaus. I have been with Ken and his crew of Danny, Justin and Joe now for over 20 years. Then, when Ken recently bought Schneider's, I have used them less because we live quite distant from their shop ,and I am using a more local service. I have used Ken and crew for service of our various Mercedes and Audi cars over the years. They have consistently provided high quality technical service in a very timely and friendly manner. They have met all aspects of super service solving some unique problems over the years. A real pleasure to do business with Ken and company, and Iy to highly recommend them.
