The customer service here is fantastic. I also didn’t realize how thorough they were going to be with my truck. I started hearing this screeching noise coming from my tires and called this place to have them “take a look.” They’re whole inspection process is great and very well explained. Joe called me back, telling me they found the problem and they fixed it right away. I already told a couple friends about Schneider’s because of my 1st experience with them.

Schneider's automotive was very helpful, great service and I felt they were very honest with me. I did a timing belt on my older Honda and they had the best price and warranty. While repairing that what I thought was a minor gas leak they found it to be that the whole assembly was cracked and under my back seat it was soaked with gasoline. Be concerned for my safety and with my limited budget they worked with me and it was repaired. Also I had a leaky oil pump and they fixed that along the way with no labor cost. Then I had a transmission go out and stored it there for 5 days trying to scrape up the money and there was no charge for storage they were more than helpful getting it towed and I would always come back to them without hesitation. And Joe has a good sense of humor even on a Monday morning. Many thanks. Sincerely David woodall
