I can’t tell you how thrilled I was to have my a/c fail in the middle of July! Not just kinda fail, we are major event fail…grrrr. So, who was I going to call? Joe at Schneider’s Automotive Repair of! Course! Did I mention I had one of those dreaded, OMG what was I thinking, car warranty policies? Joe patiently took care of dealing with insurance company, saying only a few naughty words as he waited 40 minutes on hold several times. He helped me so much and was so gracious and above all patient. I can’t tell you grateful I am to know that they are there, it’s kind of like having a little car angel on my shoulder if I need them. Oh…and they even washed my car!!! Extra credit points for the win!!! Thank you, Joe!
Somehow, Linda, those air conditioners know exactly when to stop working!
